Le Tréo800w n'est plus une rumeur et c'est Patrice qui nous apprend qu'il est distribué par l'opérateur américain Sprint. Ce nouveau Tréo sous Windows Mobile 6.1 Professionel propose un écran tactile d'une résolution de 320x320 pixels, est wifi et bluetooth 2.0, possède un apn 2 MP ainsi qu'un GPS... One of the most common troubleshooting problems with HotSync is when the HotSync window does not appear on the desktop PC when the corresponding button on the handheld is pressed. When this happens, here are three things that may be causing it:
1. You are using Windows Vista and there may be compatibility problems, in which case you need to get more information from Palm's Vista Center.
2. You are using MS Outlook 2007, which means you need to download the latest Outlook update.
3. The HotSync software is turned off. It should be "on" by default but for any reason, that it is not activated, you need to turn it on. For Windows users, go to Windows Start Menu > Programs > Palm > Hot Sync Manager to launch the application. For Mac users, locate the "Palm" folder on your hard drive and then double-click the HotSync Manager icon to run the application.
You may also need to perform one of the basic troubleshooting tricks known as a "soft" reset, which is just like restarting a regular PC. There are several steps to this process depending on the specific device you have so it is best to consult the troubleshooting page for this.
